REFLECTIONS AFTER THE TRADE DEADLINE
Frankly, I was a little surprised that the Toronto Blue Jays did not get a deal done for Roy Halladay. They are going to lose him eventually to free agency, and they have certainly given up, because they wouldn’t have shopped him in the first place, and wouldn’t have dealt Scott Rolen, possibly their best hitter (.320) to the Reds.
